Introduction

From its commencement in 1984 the practice has grown steadily to meet Client’s requirements through the development of specialist in-house expertise providing financial, contractual and management services necessary for the successful operation of all construction projects.

In response to an increasing demand for our services, the practice has grown steadily from its base in Bushey (near Watford), Hertfordshire and currently has three regional operations in Norfolk, Bedfordshire and . Plans are also at an advanced stage for the establishment of business units in both Yorkshire and Scotland.

The practice also operates outside of the UK and has established offices in Malta and France. Our extensively experienced staff have been involved in many international projects in countries such as Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahamas, Switzerland, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, Iraq, Afghanistan, Austria, Spain, Australia, Ghana, and Nigeria . DWA is currently pursuing opportunities in Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria and Romania.

Our aim is to provide a high quality service, tailored to suit the individual requirements of each Client. Personal contact and continuity is maintained throughout every commission ensuring Clients are kept fully informed of progress to enable key decisions to be made at the right time on the basis of good advice.

We undertake to provide well trained, confident and competent people for every commission. We endeavour to achieve this through programmes of Continued Professional Development, holding regular staff update sessions and more recently the establishment of an in-house training Academy.
